1.The complexity of the project (there are some 5000 plus product for this online store and also the combined major keywords are searched over 100,000 times per month)

2.The time table to finish the job-ONLY 30 DAYS!

desme broke down the project into 2 phases:

1. To finish the backend data entry capability as soon as possible. (This allowed the client to start entering data while desme was developing the rest of the website)

2. To develop the storefront with complete search engine optimization while data entry was going on.

Results:

desme finished the backend programming at a record time 10 days, which gave the client close to a month to finish entering data- so when the site went live almost all the products were already entered.  In 3 weeks from the start date, desme finished the complete store front with payment gateway.

The client was able to transfer to their new site, without any downtime of service and was able to start selling within minutes of transfer.

With desme’s proven SEO campaign the site quickly obtain top rankings on very competitive keywords such as “Army Surplus” (#2 Google out of 9.4 million pages), “Army Supply” (#1 Google out of 56 million pages), “Army navy surplus” (#2 Google out of 16 million pages), and “Military Supply” (#1 Google out of 94 million pages). All these top ranking resulted an increase of 288% in revenue in less than 2 months.
