The biggest challenge often for real estate web sites is Search Engine Optimization, as well as data entry. The Real Estate industry is all about being in the right place at the right time, and the competition is fierce. desme took this opportunity to roll out its Real-e Real Estate database maintenance program. Real-e allows users to quickly and easily maintain their own listing by using a simple “fill-in-the-fields” approach. The agent can load an unlimited number of listings, include detailed description and upload a virtual tour and up to 5 still images to further illustrate the property. All this can be done in a matter of a minute or two per property. This maintenance can be performed from any PC with an internet connection, and can be done any day of week, at any time of day. The agent is completely in control of their content, and can edit, delete and/or modify as they see fit. desme also took extra time to work with the agent to ensure the look and feel of the site demonstrated her personality and approach to selling. The site boasts helpful links, maps, text outlines of neighborhoods, and a mortgage calculator, ensuring this website works as an extension of the agent herself.

Results:

The Real Estate Agent has been extremely pleased with her site. Not only does the web site bring in new business, but it can serve as a reference point for the agent to refer clients.
