Mr. Ashraf is a Software Engineer, who has 4 and ½ years of development experience. This Bangladeshi national is involved with project management and development of several US based software projects from his country. Already he has managed and developed 18 software projects, which are being used by several users of different countries, such as USA, Canada, Australia, and Bangladesh. While developing and managing a team, he contains and maintains a set of well defined engineering practices developed by him and other online developer communities.
Due to his willingness to give effort to improve and share better software development practices, Ashraf has awarded as “Most Valuable Professional” (MVP) in ASP.NET category by Microsoft for year 2007, which is a rare honor and prestigious reorganization among the developers around the world.
He is currently working as "Chief Software Architect" at "Desme", an US based software Development Company. Prior to the engagement with the current organization, he had work experience with few USA and Canada based software companies.

Technical Leadership
Besides sharing his ideas with his professional team mates, he is potentially active in the online and offline developer communities. He is the group leader and session organizer of ASP.NET Developers, Bangladesh, a user group of ASP.NET Developers in Bangladesh, which is a member user group of INETA (International .NET Association), a Microsoft supported user group community organization. This user group is also a member user group of CULMINIS, another international organization of IT community. Along with his leading participation, this user group has been appreciated in the October 2006 Newsletter edition of INETA Asia Pacific (APAC).

Ashraf's in-depth passion to learn new and elaborate technology encouraged him for research on latest technology trend, which results him publications in papers of world recognized organizations, such as IEEE Computer Society, main official site of ASP.NET etc.
